Key Skill: Having 20+ years of relevant experience in Civil Projects; candidates should have experience with large, reputed cement companies only
 

Large-scale cement plant civil projects, project execution, planning, coordination, site management, leadership, team management, stakeholder management
 

Responsibility: Lead and manage civil project execution from planning through completion; oversee construction activities, timelines, quality and deliverables; coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders; ensure projects are completed within approved time, cost and quality parameters; monitor

progress and resolve execution challenges; ensure compliance with safety, quality and engineering standards; lead project teams and drive timely execution of major civil works
 

Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively; experience in large-scale cement plant civil projects is essential
