Position: Packing & Loading Operator- Cement Plant
 

Experience: Min 2 Years

Qualification: Relevant Qualification

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Operate cement packers, bulk loading and Caricamat loading systems.
 

Monitor truck loading and ensure proper pallet and bag quality.
 

Operate and monitor production machinery and machine sequences.
 

Perform basic preventive maintenance and support shutdown activities.
 

Carry out physical weighing of filled cement bags.
 

Check and maintain date printing equipment.
 

Maintain loading notes, inventory records, shift reports and shipment tracking.
 

Support cement mill PM and shutdown activities.
 

Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and company policies.

 

Requirements:
 

Minimum 2 years of experience in cement manufacturing.
 

Hands-on experience in cement packing/loading operations.
 

Knowledge of packing machinery and cement mill operations.
 

Good understanding of HSE and safety procedures.
