Position: Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer – Process (Cement Plant)

 

Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Chemical) or relevant Engineering

 

Industry Experience: Cement Industry (Mandatory)

 

Experience Required: 8–12 Years

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 

Operation and control of Kiln and VRM with effective utilization of plant machinery and equipment

 

Process optimization including flow measurement, heat balance, and material balance

 

Supervision and execution of refractory installation during shutdowns

 

Ensuring coordination, safety compliance, and effective troubleshooting during shutdowns and process upsets
