Dy. Manager / Manager – Environment – Cement Plant
 

Experience: Min 10 Years experience in Environment function (cement / heavy industry preferred)
 

CTC: As per company standards
 

Qualification: M. Sc (Environment) / B. Tech (Environment)
 

Key Skill: Environmental compliance, OCMS operation, EPR (plastic waste), pollution control systems, sustainability, AFR utilization, ISO 14001, GreenCo certification, statutory liaison
 

Responsibility: Ensure compliance with MoEF&CC, SPCB & CPCB norms, manage OCMS operations and online data reporting, handle EPR compliance, oversee air/water/solid waste pollution control systems, manage statutory monitoring, reporting, audits and inspections, drive sustainability initiatives, AFR utilization and ISO 14001 compliance, prepare GreenCo certification documentation and presentations, and liaison with PCB & CPCB officials
