Qualification: MBA in Human Resources
 

Key Skill: HR operations, HRIS & HRMS, MIS & HR dashboards, MS Office, talent coordination, employee engagement, PMS execution, grievance handling
 

Responsibility: Support Plant HR Lead in end-to-end HR operations, coordinate with Talent Acquisition for manpower fulfillment, implement HR initiatives and best practices, manage HRMS data and MIS reports, support PMS execution, drive digitization awareness, and handle employee queries and grievances
