In-Charge – Physical Testing (QA/QC) – Cement Plant

Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control
 

Reporting To: QA/QC Head

 

Role Purpose

 

Ensure physical testing of cement and clinker to meet quality standards and customer requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Perform physical tests: fineness, setting time, strength, soundness etc.

 

Monitor daily quality results and report deviations

 

Maintain testing equipment and calibration records

 

Coordinate with production for quality consistency

 

Ensure compliance with BIS/ISO standards

 

Maintain test records, reports & audits

 

Guide lab staff and ensure safe lab practices

Qualification & Experience

 

Diploma / B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech (relevant discipline)
