Designation: Asst Manager / Deputy Manager
 

Experience: 5 - 10 Years
 

Qualification: Diploma / BE B. Tech in Mechanical
 

Key Skill: Must have experience of Kiln, Raw Mill, Coal Mill Mechanical Inspection.

Proven experience as Mechanical Inspector in a Cement Plant
 

Strong exposure to Kiln, Raw Mill, and Coal Mill mechanical systems
 

Hands-on experience in: 
 

Preventive & breakdown maintenance
 

Shutdown planning and execution
 

Field inspection & equipment health monitoring
 

Roles & Responsibilities:
 

Conduct regular field-level mechanical inspections
 

Coordinate between operations and mechanical maintenance teams
 

Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical equipment linked with operations
 

Ensure smooth start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling of equipment
 

Maintain inspection records, logs, and maintenance reports
 

Ensure adherence to safety norms and SOPs.
