Role & responsibilities

Plant Preventive/Shut down/Break down Maintenance Planning & Tracking of each shutdown.
 

4 Pillar Maintenance system coordination & Ensuring the key PM KPI (P1, P2 & P3 ) Compliance and if any deviation that need to be addressed on daily basis .
 

Planning of Condition Based Maintenance for all Equipment.
 

Preparation & coordination for maintenance budgeting for the plant.
 

Coordinating & conducting meetings with technical teams for weekly/Monthly planning and monthly CFT review.
 

Collection RCA for breakdowns from the sections and Pareto analysis of breakdowns.
 

Preparation of the monthly stoppage reports, CBM reports and RCA tracking
 

Monthly MIS for RCA, Spare part Inventory Vs Consumption.
 

Tracking the closer of Equipment Abnormalities.
 

Complete Knowledge on SAP & MS Projects.
 

Preparation of Kiln Annual Shutdown job list in MS project and tracking of project in MSP.
 

Tracking of Plant PM Check lists.
 

Creation of new equipment, Task List, Maintenance plan and scheduling.
 

Reviewing the technical detail of all equipment, Implementation of FMEA.
 

Tracking of Equipment maintenance history and Life analysis of equipment.
 

Implementation of FMEA.
 

CFT/QCFI/5S/7QC initiatives, Participation during shutdown and breakdown maintenance.
