Experience: 4–5 Years

 

Qualification: B. Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Cement Technology

Responsibility:

 

Manage day-to-day operations of the VRM and Mill Section.
 

Ensure smooth and efficient production while maintaining quality standards.
 

Monitor process parameters and optimize mill performance.
 

Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
 

Implement process improvements for productivity and energy efficiency.
 

Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

 

Others:

 

Experience as a Section Incharge in a Cement Plant is mandatory.
 

Hands-on experience in VRM operations is essential.
 

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
