Key Responsibilities of Role

 

Process Monitoring and Control:

Continuously monitor cement mill parameters, including feed rate, grinding pressure, and separator performance, through the control room, making real-time adjustments to ensure optimal mill performance.

 

Shift Operations Management: 

Collaborate with the Cement Mill Incharge to ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts, maintaining clear communication with other operators and shift teams.

 

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: 

Identify and respond to operational issues promptly, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to address problems and minimize downtime. 

 

Internal Control and Transparency: 

Maintain transparency in all cement mill operations, ensuring that operational data is accurately recorded and reported to the Cement Mill Incharge.

 

Qualification - B. Tech in Chemical / Electrical
