Must have sound experince of ABB DCS system and Cement Plant Instrumentation of Integrated and Grinding Unit.

 

Job Decsription:

 

Maintenance and troubleshooting of cement plant field instruments. 

 

Knowledge of DCS programming, graphics structure, trouble shooting, modification etc .

 

Knowledge of DCS controller, I/O and AI/o cards and functions.

 

Well conversant with ABB DCS system.

 

Sound Knowledge of  VFD, MV Drive, Weigh feeders, etc.

 

Trouble shooting of field process monitoring & control instruments.

 

Day to day maintenance.

 

Qualification: 

 

Diploma/ B.E. ( Instrumentation/EE/I&C/EE)
