Position: Plant Manager /  Plant Head / Unit Head

 

Experience: 15 - 20 Years (Minimum 5 years in Plant Manager or Senior Leadership role)

 

CTC: Negotiable

 

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering

 

Key Skill:

Strong experience in Pre-Heater, Pre-Calciner & Dry Process Cement Plants

Knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, quarry management, and production planning

Experience in budgeting, CAPEX, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives

GCC/UAE experience preferred

Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills

 

Responsibility:

Lead plant operations to achieve production, quality, and cost targets

Ensure compliance with HSE and environmental standards

Drive operational efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement programs

Oversee maintenance strategies and asset management

Develop and mentor plant teams while fostering a high-performance culture
