Experience: 15+ years of experience in over all supply chain with a focus on secondary and primary distribution in the cement_industry 

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

 

He will be responsible for Overall Supply Chain which starts from Packing Plant, covers Depots & upto customer points;
 

He would be responsible for reduction in Supply Chain Cost i.e. PTPK & Lead Distance reduction by optimising routes, usage of proper warehouse, placing warehouse at strategic locations and optimising usage of proper wheel type of Trucks;
 

Date centric approach should be there and should have good control over Supply Chain data. Must be strong in analysing data.
 

Must have prior experience of working in Supply Chain Department where digital controls are there like Super Procure etc, GPS tracking;
 

Should have experience of doing Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in the areas of Supply Chain;
 

Strategic Planning: Optimize delivery routes and logistics network for cost and time efficiency, develop and implement secondary logistics strategies aligned with the company and 39's overall objectives
 

Operation Management: Oversee daily operations and monitor and analyse KPO such as OTIF delivery rates
 

Vendor and Partner Management 
 

Cost Control 
 

Compliance and Safety 

 

Qualification: 
 

Graduate/ postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields./ MBA/ MM/ Diploma etc
