Job description

 

Responsible for conducting plant audits -Internal and External
 

Minimum 2 to 5 years in Process industry or other manufacturing
 

Upkeeping the records of Departmental delegation manuals
 

Conducting the training for Internal auditors on periodic intervals
 

Ensuring the 100% Audit compliance for all Plant audits
 

Plant Studies- Conduct Time & Motion Studies (Observe and record cycle times of key operations (raw mill, kiln, packing plant, loading, maintenance).
 

Analyze operator movements and identify value-added vs non-value-added activities.
 

Prepare ManMachine charts, work sampling reports, and process flow diagrams.
 

Evaluate manpower deployment and suggest optimal staffing levels.
 

Benchmark performance against industry and internal standards.
 

Recommend process improvements to eliminate idle time and motion waste.
 

Support initiatives like Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
 

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and HR teams to implement changes.
 

Maintain accurate study records and performance reports.
 

Present findings to management with clear costbenefit analysis.
 

Track post-implementation improvements and quantify gains.
 

Track record on Improvement in manpower productivity and reduction in non- value-added time
