Plant, Mines & Township Security & Administration Surveillance report/ Guarding/ Documentation
 

Guarding, surveillance, patrolling and record keeping.
 

Exercise access control for men, material and vehicle.
 

Prevent untoward incidents and breaches.
 

Deployment / Entry & Exit /Security Bill Verification:
 

Verify and process bills of security agencies.
 

Deployment of manpower as per need of the plant.
 

Control of all Materials and unauthorized entry & Exit.
 

Control of Gate Authorized Entry / Emergency response:
 

Control traffic movement and smooth inward & outward truck movement.
 

Coordinate with other depts. For functional requirement.
 

Create reports on security status.
 

Deal with emergency response, fire and vehicle safety aspects for entire plant.
 

Management of CSR activities as per priority and under budget.
