Duties and Responsibilities

 

Collect official quotations and assist in evaluating bids and supplier reliability.
 

Coordinate with commercial representatives and maintain supplier relationships.
 

Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and dispatch them to vendors post-approval.
 

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Bill of Materials (BOM).
 

Train division staff and other employees on purchasing systems, policies, and procedures.
 

Build and maintain effective working relationships across departments, demonstrating excellent customer service.

 

Job Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
 

From 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or similar job-related roles.
 

Very strong background in raw materials within the cement industry.
 

Proficiency in SAP system.
 

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
 

Result-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
 

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
