Responsibility:

 

In this senior management role, you will oversee end-to-end production processes from clinker to dispatch, driving operational excellence, process optimization and quality assurance across our IANZ-accredited and ISO-certified facility.

 

Lead and oversee end-to-end cement production operations from clinker to dispatch.

 

Drive operational excellence, process efficiency, and quality control.

 

Ensure compliance with ISO and IANZ standards.

 

Manage production teams, resources, and performance metrics.

 

Implement process improvements and cost optimization strategies.

 

Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

 

Qualification: Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering
