Key Responsibilities:

 

Oversee operation & maintenance of Pyro section equipment (Kiln, Preheater, Cooler, Calciner, etc.).

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Ensure equipment reliability, availability, and performance.

Coordinate with operations for smooth running of plant machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and implement effective solutions.

Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and ensure safety compliance.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cement plant (Pyro Section).

Strong knowledge of rotary kiln, cooler, preheater, and refractory systems.

Hands-on experience in maintenance planning & execution.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and team management skills.
