Lead and optimize manufacturing operations across locations
 

Drive strategic initiatives, productivity, and process improvements
 

Manage large-scale capital projects and plant expansions
 

Ensure regulatory compliance and enforce HSE standards
 

Lead supply chain, logistics, and production planning
 

Build and mentor high-performance teams
 

Oversee budgets, cost efficiency, and stakeholder communication

 

Requirements
 

BE / B. Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering
 

MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred
