Experience: 5–15 years (Preferred 5–7 years of hands-on experience in cement plant maintenance)

 

Responsibility:

 

Supervise and coordinate maintenance crew (technicians and fitters) in routine and emergency mechanical repair work.

 

Diagnose and rectify mechanical failures in crushers, apron feeders, VRMs, rotary kilns, grinding mills, fans, pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors.

 

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies (e.g., equipment shutdowns, confined space entry).

 

Manage maintenance planning, budgeting, and inventory.

 

Perform laser/dial gauge alignment, gearbox overhauling, and hydraulic system maintenance.

 

Qualification: I.T.I / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
