Responsibility:

 

Lead and oversee all Health & Safety functions, develop and implement safety plans, conduct risk assessments, and enforce safety policies.

 

Develop, implement, and monitor the Project HSE Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures.

 

Ensure daily toolbox talks, safety briefings by site engineers, and site inspections.

 

Enforce strict adherence to PPE policies, safe work practices, and permit-to-work systems.

 

Conduct risk assessments for high-risk activities such as working at height, confined space entry, heavy lifting, and hot work, and implement appropriate control measures.

 

Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

 

Qualification:

 

Diploma in Safety Officer, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
