Key Responsibilities:

 

Oversee all quality control activities at the plant

 

Conduct material testing for aggregates, cement, admixtures, and fresh/hardened concrete

 

Ensure quality standards as per IS codes and customer requirements

 

Manage cube testing, slump testing, and maintain lab documentation

 

Coordinate with customers and site engineers for quality-related matters

 

Handle third-party testing and audits

 

Maintain calibration records of lab equipment

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

 

B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

 

Minimum 5–7 years experience in RMC or construction material testing

 

Strong knowledge of IS codes related to concrete

 

Good communication and team management skills
