Position: Manager / Sr. Manager IR – Cement Plant

 

Experience: 12–18 Years

 

Qualification: Relevant qualification in HR / IR / Labour Laws (Preferred)

 

Key Skill: Union Handling, Wage Settlement, Labour Law Compliance, Contract Labour Management, Disciplinary Enquiries, Grievance Handling

 

Responsibility: Manage industrial relations activities, handle unions, ensure compliance with labour laws, oversee contract labour, conduct disciplinary proceedings, and resolve employee grievances in large cement plant operations

 

Others: Strong experience in IR within large manufacturing cement plants is mandatory
