Should have 15–20 years of IT operations experience with strong SAP expertise and leadership skills.
 

Lead IT strategy, manage core applications, ensure IT governance and security.
 

Proven hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA implementation, SAP ECC, and modules such as MM, FI, CO, PP, SD, HCM, and Ariba
 

Background in software design and development (min 5 years experience), preferably in SaaS or web-based environments
 

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security systems, and plant IT systems
 

Prior experience in large-scale manufacturing sectors such as agrochemicals, petrochemicals, cement, or automotive is preferred
 

Excellent team leadership, decision-making capabilities, and project management skills
 

Fluency in Hindi and familiarity with North Indian work environments are highly desirable
 

Preferred qualifications include MBA in IT Systems and certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Prince2
