Key Responsibilities
 

Lead end-to-end execution of civil works in cement plant construction projects .
 

Supervise structural design (RCC & Steel) and ensure design alignment with construction plans.
 

Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and contractor billing.
 

Monitor site execution, QA/QC standards, safety practices, and project timelines.
 

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
 

Manage civil infrastructure for key plant components including: Raw Mill, Kiln Piers, VRM & Pre-heater structures; Clinker silos, stockpiles, cement mills, packing plant buildings; Blending silos, crushers, bunkers, and utility structures; Electrical infrastructure ,Associated township and residential colonies.
 

Drive cost control, budgeting, and efficient resource management.
 

Maintain all relevant site documentation, technical reports, and progress logs.
 

Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
 

Required Qualifications & Skills
 

Educational:
 

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
 

 

Technical Skills:
 

Strong proficiency in structural engineering for industrial projects
 

AutoCAD (for interpreting drawings and designs)
 

MS Office for project documentation and reporting
 

Well-versed in estimation, billing, and site supervision

 

Experience:
 

20+ years in civil construction, with a focus on cement plant infrastructure
 

Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams across multiple geographies
 

Proven track record in managing high-value, large-scale industrial projects
 

 

Soft Skills:

 

Leadership and team management
 

Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills
 

Ability to handle high-pressure project environments
 

 

Preferred Attributes

 

Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites
 

Fluent in Hindi and English
 

Passion for infrastructure development and operational excellence.
