Role - District officer 
 

Responsibility (Brief but not limited to):
 

Responsible for the entire Road dispatches
 

Knowledge on freight finalization for new routes & cost optimization
 

Coordination with the Sales Team for smooth operations.
 

To ensure efficient and effective vendor management/agreement, including driving key capability-building initiatives for key vendors.
 

MIS & Documentation

 

Desired Competency:
 

Candidate should have proven functional experience, preferably in the cement/building & construction industry, and a strong understanding of functional processes and industry regulations. 
 

Superior interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software are needed.
 

Good in planning & execution. Candidates must have a customer-centric mindset, be go-getters, agile, result-oriented & collaborative. 
 

High in Self-Motivation, Analytical Skills, Ready to accept challenges, well-versed in Negotiation Skills, solution-minded approach.

 

Qualification - Any Graduate
 

Experience - Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Cement or building material Trade Sales
