Position: Site Sales Representative (Associate)- Cement Plant

Experience: Freshers or 1–2 Years 

CTC: Negotiable

Qualification: Diploma or B. Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Business development and lead generation
Customer relationship management
Site visits and project identification
Communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of construction/cement industry
Ability to build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and consultants

Responsibility:

Identify and develop new construction project opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments.
Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and consultants to drive product adoption.
Conduct regular site visits, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business.
Promote Wonder Cement’s quality, technical benefits, and value proposition to customers.
