Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead Production Planning, Process Control & Day-to-Day Plant Operations
 

• Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, Mines & Materials for production planning
 

• Prepare and monitor Production & OPEX Budgets
 

• Raw Mix Design, Quality Control & Limestone Optimization
 

• Develop and optimize process parameters for consistent product quality
 

• Drive fuel & power consumption reduction through process optimization
 

• Refractory Management and cost control
 

• Monitor production, quality, power & process MIS/KPIs
 

• Drive productivity improvement and maximize plant efficiency
 

• Ensure adequate manpower planning, training & team development
 

• Lead Process Audits and ensure audit documentation/compliance
 

• Ensure IMS, HSE, 5S & statutory compliance
 

• Drive Energy Conservation & Continuous Improvement initiatives
 

• Promote cost reduction, innovation and operational excellence
