Should be currently at AGM/Senior Manager position in any industry of Land Acquisition, Liaisons, Land Purchase.

 

Job Description:

 

1. Sourcing Suitable Land Parcels. 
 

2. Sourcing Suitable Land Aggregators. 
 

3. Analysis of Land with respect to feasibility of Project. 
 

4. Topographical Survey of Land. 
 

5. Knowledge of Google Based land survey. 
 

6. Complete Knowledge of prevailing market rate. 
 

7. Liaison with Revenue Officials.
 

8. Capability of sourcing revenue documents independently from revenue offices. 
 

9. Knowledge of Demarcation and Physical Possession of Land. 
 

10. Knowledge of Zonal Restriction on Land, permitted Land Use, FSI, Procedure of CLU/Diversion/Conversion etc.

 

Qualification :

 

Graduate in any stream
