Key Responsibilities:
 

Procurement & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, chemicals, and other essential components.
 

Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors to ensure timely supply and cost efficiency.
 

Purchase Planning: Work closely with the production and inventory teams to forecast and plan material requirements.
 

Cost Optimization: Negotiate competitive pricing and payment terms to optimize procurement costs.
 

Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and company requirements.
 

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and ensure compliance with company policies.
 

Market Analysis: Keep track of market trends, price fluctuations, and new supplier opportunities.
 

Inventory Coordination: Work with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
 

Key Requirements:
 

Experience: 10-12 years in purchasing/procurement in a manufacturing industry, preferably in building materials or chemical manufacturing.
 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
