Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile:

 

F&A professionals having 5+ Years of experience of Project Accounting, preferably in Cement sector may apply.

 

Candidates should be well versed with SAP, and should have exposure of RA bill processing of various technical departments such as Civil, Mechanical, E&I etc.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Payables management - manage invoices, payments, and necessary compliances
 

Process vendor invoices accurately and within assigned timeline
 

Maintain and archive payment records and documentations
 

Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with contractors
 

Reconcile budgeted cost of the project versus actual expenditure
 

Analyze cost variances and submit report to Site Project F&A Head
 

Preparation of various MIS reports as per management requirements
 

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all internal & external stakeholders of project.
 

Any other specific task as assigned by reporting manager.
