Key Skills:
 

Strong knowledge of cement plant operations and equipment, including kilns, mills, preheaters, and coolers.
 

Expertise in process analysis and optimization in cement plants
 

Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills.
 

Familiarity with alternative fuels and raw materials in cement production.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Prepare mass flow diagram and heat balance for raw mill/coal mill/cement mill & pyro with cooler 
 

Prepare Heat & Mass Balance sheet based on the requirement and existing circuit
 

Preparation of detailed Process data sheet
 

Preparation of start/stop sequence, process interlocks & SOP for complete circuit
 

Preparation of process flow diagram & equipment sizing
 

Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.
 

Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test report.
 

Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary plant performance in accordance with project requirements.
 

Conducting measurements of process parameters to verify the energy consumption and overall efficiency of the system supplied to full fill the performance guarantee agreed in contract. 
 

Preparing the final commissioning closure report and PG certificate to ensure the orderly handover of the system supplied to the customer, guaranteeing its operability in terms of performance, reliability and aimed benefits of the project agreed.
 

Troubleshoot complex process issues and recommend corrective actions.
 

Guide clients in selecting appropriate technologies and process improvements.

 

Qualifications:
 

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
 

Experience: 5+ years in cement manufacturing or consultancy with a focus on process optimization.
