Job Description

 

To execute of drilling and blasting activities in the mines as per the day to day requirements in a most effective manner, safety adherences and also to maintain the explosives records.

 

The position has to ensure the drilling and blasting operations within designated areas of the Mines.

 

The role is important in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of these activities, contributing dirently to the success of Limestone Production.

 

Major Challenges
 

• Safety Compliance – Ensuring strict adherence and managing team to safety protocols and regulations is constant challenge.
 

• Operational Efficiency – Optimizing drilling and blasting processes for maximum productivity with minimum costs
 

• Environmental Impact – Mitigiting the environmental impact of drilling and blasting operations by navigating the regulations and implement measures to minimize noise, vibration and dust emissions.
 

• Community Relations – Community outreach to address any concerns related to drilling and blasting activities.
 

Qualification:
 

BE/B. Tech in Mining Engineering
