Job Description :

 

Ensure smooth operation & maintenance of all instrumentation equipment
 

Responsible for the development of new DCS programs and for the trouble shooting for DCS programs
 

Support the HoD for budget preparation for instrumentation section and its budgetary control
 

Performs required maintenance functions in accord with defined schedules
 

Maintain and calibrate various instrumentation installed throughout the facility
 

Responsible for minimizing cost of inventory spare parts
 

Responsible for environmental compliance and maintaining a clean and safe workspace
 

Responsible for ensuring regular proactive monitoring of machines to minimize down time
 

Responsible for generating the engineering MIS of instrumentation section
 

Responsible for adopting new techniques for betterment of plant efficiency
 

Responsible for ensuring quality service of the vendor calibrations
 

Ensure outside calibration laboratory is accredited or certified
 

Responsible for finalization the AMC of equipment
