Job Description:

 

1 . Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including dispatch, routing and scheduling.

 

2. Prepare consumable inventory budgets- Monthly, Quarterly, Annually.

 

3. Utilize TATA Hyvas fully and effectively to achieve production.

 

4. Good Housekeeping & maintaining records related to operation of all Tata Hyvas.

 

5. Responsible for documentation of Tata Hyva/ Tipper as per Amrit Cement guidelines.

 

6. Deal and laise with contractors for smooth transportation and production. Frequent visits to Tye repair shops, Tipper routes and other locations.

 

7. Generate and maintain all the information and data required for internal reporting.

 

8. Strongly control the team members (50-60Nos) of manpower through supervisors.

 

9. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for fleet operations, Implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety.

 

10. Co-ordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with Fleet Maintenance Team very well and support, wherever required. Supervise and support fleet staff, including drivers and mechanics.

 

11. Do RCAs and implement findings on ground.

 

12. Promote and enforce safe driving practices among drivers, Develop and implement safety training programs for fleet personnel at regular intervals.

 

13. Prepare and implement safety procedures at work site.
