Job Description:

 

To streamline the clinker and cement production processes
 

To maintain the Cement Kiln running days as per the plan
 

To monitor the energy consumption levels (Both Electrical & Thermal) and initiate measures to improve the efficiency at various production units
 

To monitor and maximization of Green fuel utilization
 

To maintain the levels of various additives and components within the planned limits
 

To improve the refractory life through efficient techniques
 

To ensure the cement availability as per the given requirements
 

To ensure that the quality parameters are being fulfilled at various stages of the production line
 

To ensure the statutory and legal compliances with relevant requirements
 

Responsible for ensuring proper staffing and labour for all the operations either directly or through outsourcing.

B.Sc in Chemistry, B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical
