Job Description:

 

Process measurements and Optimization
 

Monitoring of Specific power and fuel consumption.
 

Daily production report
 

Preparation of production plan on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 

Trouble shooting the plant operation in coordination with inter department personal
 

Propose improvements in process to optimize costs.
 

Preparation and follow up of budget plan every year, including plant KPI’s.
 

Inventory Control of raw materials, intermediate and final products.
 

Comply with Quality targets in all process.
 

Monitoring the pollution control activities in coordination with Environment Department.
 

Co-ordination in stoppage and maintenance plan, from process department side.
 

Perform any extra duties assigned by the HOD- Process
