Job Description:

 

Will be responsible for Operations of cement plant project of capacity 1 MTPA
 

Maintaining all machinery with less downtime &managing with minimum spares.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Erection, Commissioning and Operation of Blending silo, Pre heater, Kiln, FONS Cooler, Elevators, Bag house, ESP, chain conveyors, crusher and pan conveyors
 

Maintaining all machinery with less downtime &managing with minimum spares.
 

Monitoring regular jobs and necessary training to be provided for down level engineers.
 

Excellent exposure in spares ordering and monitoring in SAP.
 

Providing efficient solutions in shut down of any machinery.
 

Preplanning of spares arrangement for planned shutdowns and maintenance works.
 

Maintaining & Assuring work discipline and safety measures at work areas in all.
 

Conducting regular training sessions to engineers in troubleshooting & precautions to be taken at work area in order to avoid unplanned shutdowns.
 

Providing proactive guidelines for existing functionalities in various machines to improve machine running hours.
 

Daily production meeting and discussions with all other department heads for better productivity.
 

Weekly technical discussions with top level people to streamline and better aspects achieving in work areas.

 

Education:
 

Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. in Production/Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical
