Job description

 

1.Planing manpower and material for project . 

 

2.Guide to CRO for smooth operation .

 

3. Close monitor process parameters, power, and production.

 

4.Monitor all activities like crefractory material, etc.

 

5.Close monitor false air, Kiln inlet cleaning, etc. 

 

6. Knowledge of flow measurement. 

 

7.Handle all shift manpower. 

 

8. Pyro section housekeeping. 

 

9- Monitering of Process Check list

 

10- Coordination between CRO & field

 

11- Stoppage analysis

 

12-Refractory installation , Shutdown Planning

 

Qualification:

 

Diploma / B. Tech in Chemical
