Job Description

 

Responsible for overall Process & Production improvements of Integrated Cement Plant.
 

Taking Corrective measures and maintaining process parameters at desired level for process optimization and quality product.
 

To review Heat and Mass Balance across all the sections and taking corrective measures.
 

Daily Review of Power Consumption of all the sections and taking corrective measures.
 

Designing of system specifications (revised gas flow rate, air velocity, draught and pressure drop, power consumption, heat saving etc.) to have a modified version of system to achieve profitability.
 

To ensure the system is meeting the legal requirement of emission level of NOx, SOx and Dust Emission levels.
 

Maintain emission level.
 

Assist and coordinate to project deptt. for modifications and plant improvement jobs.
 

Ensure Quality Production as per targets

Cost optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

 

Minimum 17 + years quality experience in reputed integrated Large Cement Plant
 

Proven record in Process improvement & Production management
 

Effective Communicator & Stake holder Management.
 

Well versed with ISO, Safety & Quality standards
 

Well versed with SAP & MS office.
 

Team management & Planning skills.

 

Education
 

B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical, MBA/PGDM in Operations
