Job Description
 

- Ensure security arrangements in plant, mines, TPP & township area to safeguard unit’s assets & employees.

 

- Everyday deployment check of security manpower.

 

- Proper attendance accounting of security guard’s day to day

 

- Maintain Discipline of security guards

 

- Maintaining record of vehicle movements

 

- Maintaining record of man movement at plant and township.

 

- Ensure regular inspection of guard posts.

 

- Ensure no encroachment by out siders

 

- Proper attendance accounting of security guards during shift.

 

- Maintain Discipline of security guards at shift

 

- Ensure maintenance and upkeeping hygiene of security barracks

 

- Gather information on activities within the plant and outside. Keep constant vigil on workforce activities.

 

- Ensuring procedures like Night Vigilance Duty (NVD), CCTV, MIS, etc.

 

- Ensure safety at workplace
