Job description

 

Daily Indents updating to plants and follow up with transporters for truck placement at plant
 

Ensuring product availability and checking with depots on opening and labour availability status
 

Track SIT  - To inform the plant on truck exceeding the transit time
 

Checking order status in each depot, coordination with Sales team for orders for key depots
 

Ensure safety awareness to drivers and labours
 

SAP Training to CFA Staffs and depot stock physical verification & reporting
 

Sharing the daily MIS report
 

Tracking rake movement after completion of loading till placement
 

Readiness of labour & truck availability before placement
 

Ensuring order status and maximizing direct firing from rail head.
