Position: Senior Manager – Mines – Cement Plant,
 

Experience: 15 – 20 Years
 

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mining / Mechanical / related field

Responsibility: Plan and monitor mining and production operations ensuring optimum utilization of resources; align mining plans with plant production requirements to drive efficiency; support plant head in manufacturing strategy formulation based on cost, quality and operational needs; prepare and monitor production and operational plans including manpower deployment and shift optimization; lead minerals conservation and mine development to maximize resource extraction; coordinate with QC team to maintain limestone quality and implement corrective actions; ensure availability of raw materials through proper reserve monitoring; guide mines maintenance team for equipment upkeep and reliability; approve cost-effective technical vendors and outsourcing activities; control sectional budget including maintenance spares, power and fuel optimization; ensure compliance with statutory norms under Minerals Act and supervise all mining activities including contractors and workforce.
