Position: Mechanical Packing Plant – Associate Manager – Cement Plant
 

Experience: 7 – 10 Years
 

Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or related field

Responsibility: Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of packing plant machinery including packers, conveyors and compressors; plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance; analyze downtime and identify root causes; ensure equipment availability as per plan using maintenance checklists and history records; monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime; coordinate with production team to achieve dispatch targets; support budget preparation including manpower, vendor development and system improvements; monitor cost optimization through PR/MRD and inventory management; manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination; review vendor performance and address equipment deviations; support technical negotiations for procurement; improve plant processes and implement innovations; ensure compliance with safety and plant policies; lead and supervise technicians and maintenance staff.
