Position: Mechanical RMH – Manager – Cement Plant
 

Experience: 10 – 15 Years
 

Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or related field
 

Key Skill: Mechanical, Raw Material Handling (RMH), Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Crushers, Stackers, Reclaimers, Conveyors, Feeders
 

Responsibility: Lead mechanical execution and RMH operations; oversee crushers, stackers, reclaimers, conveyors and feeders; ensure uninterrupted raw material supply; plan and implement preventive & predictive maintenance; minimize downtime and improve reliability; perform troubleshooting & root cause analysis; ensure safety, environmental and statutory compliance; optimize equipment performance and maintenance cost; manage spares inventory and vendor coordination; coordinate with E&I, Civil, Safety, Logistics and HR teams; ensure project execution within budget and timelines; track KPIs and improve RoI; guide team deployment and contractor execution as per SOPs; implement best technology practices and maintain overall plant upkeep.
