Position: Asst Manager (Section In-Charge) – Process & Production- Cement Plant

 

Experience: 8 - 12 Years

 

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Chemical / Cement Technology

 

Key Skill: VRPM & Cement Mill Operations | Ball Mill / Grinding Process Knowledge | CCR/DCS Operation | Process Parameter Monitoring & Optimization | Cement Quality & Grinding Efficiency | Power Consumption & Cost Optimization | Team Handling & Maintenance Coordination

 

Responsibility: Manage VRPM and Cement Mill operations | Achieve production and quality targets with optimum power consumption | Monitor mill performance, separator efficiency and material flow | Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Dispatch & Packing teams | Minimize downtime and improve mill availability | Ensure safety and environmental compliance
