AGM- E&I– Cement Plant, Experience: 10–15 Years

 

Position: Assistant General Manager – E&I Department – Cement Plant

 

Experience: 10–15 Years

 

CTC: As per company norms

 

Qualification: B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics (Mandatory)

 

Key Skill: Automation, Electrical Maintenance, Calibration, Reliability, Digitalization, Diagnostics, HT/LT Systems, DCS, PLC, SCADA, Energy Management

 

Responsibility:

 

Overall ownership of HT/LT electrical systems, substations, transformers, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, DG sets, UPS, and plant power distribution

 

Ensure high reliability, availability, and safety of all electrical and automation assets

 

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime

 

Monitor and improve power quality, harmonics, load balancing, and energy efficiency

 

Oversee DCS, PLC, SCADA, field instruments, analyzers, and control systems for stable operations

 

Ensure process accuracy, loop tuning, calibration compliance, and automation integrity

 

Lead system upgrades, logic modifications, and plant expansion activities

 

Drive Advanced Process Control (APC), digitalization, and automation improvement initiatives

 

Implement RCM, TPM, CBM, vibration analysis, and thermal diagnostics

 

Reduce forced outages through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and FMEA

 

Develop critical spares strategy and lifecycle asset management plans

 

Benchmark plant performance against industry best practices and continuous improvement standards

 

Qualification:
