Key Skill & Responsibilities

 

Preferable B. Tech in Mechanical degree 

 

Minimum 13-16 years of experience in mechanical department 

 

Knowledge of planning and execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance, equipment improvement and reliability, team leadership, cost control, and coordination with Production, Process and Electrical and Projects team to achieve plant perfomance targets safely and cost-effectively. 

 

Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and equipment reliability 

 

Strong knowledge of Shutdown and Major Maintenance Management

 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Strong leadership and communication skills
