Job Description – Digitalization & AI Operations Associate (Fresher)

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. AI Workspace & Prompt Operations:

Operate and manage AI workspaces for RCA, productivity studies, and reliability analytics.
 

Prepare and refine prompts to generate actionable insights, dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
 

Ensure continuous data feeding (hourly/shift/daily/weekly/monthly) to strengthen the machine-learning loop.

 

2. Data Management & Operational Analytics:

 

Handle hourly logs, SCADA exports, equipment performance data, and maintenance KPIs.
 

Clean, structure, validate, and upload datasets to the AI system.
 

Support development of automated rule-based monitoring, alert systems, and digital logs.

 

3. RCA & Productivity Improvement Support:

 

Assist PRS&DA in executing RCA for repeated issues (e.g., E&I, kiln coating/ring formation, grinding section bottlenecks).
 

Track recommendations and drive coordination with all the departments
 

Consolidate productivity and reliability dashboards for management review.

 

4. Digital Documentation & Reporting:

 

Maintain structured documentation of digital SOPs, workflows, insights, and action trackers.
 

Support generation of weekly/monthly AI-assisted management reports.

 

5. Cross-Functional Coordination:

 

Work closely with plant stakeholders to gather data, validate findings, and ensure compliance with digital protocols.
 

Drive awareness and assist frontline teams in adopting AI-based decision enablement.

 

Desired Skills & Competencies: 

 

Comfort working with structured and unstructured datasets.
 

Basic understanding of AI tools, prompt engineering, and digital workflows.
 

Strong problem-solving orientation with high attention to detail.
 

Ability to learn rapidly and operate in an evolving digital environment.
 

Good communication skills for cross-functional interactions.

 

Qualification: BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics)
 

Certification in Data Analytics / AI Basics / Python / Excel / Power BI (preferred but not mandatory).
