Responsibilities:

Motivate customers for brand usage through site visits by providing technical services and solutions.
Handle and resolve quality complaints effectively.
Manage influencer enrollment, activation, and engagement activities.
Support channel partners through product training and customer service initiatives.
Organize promotional meetings and technical awareness programs.
Promote premium product sales through channel partners, influencers, and Individual House Builders (IHB).
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Others:

Preferably from the Cement Industry.
Strong understanding of technical service functions and industry regulations.
Customer-centric, proactive, agile, and result-oriented approach.
High self-motivation with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to accept challenges and work collaboratively.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
